Cool Highs to Lows...

Today I received a great belly chuckle, I spotted my first 350Z with a Pizza Hut delivery module on it's roof. Alas, my laughs only lasted for 10 minutes until I was rearended at a stoplight!!! And they drove off after we cleared the road (a very busy one during peak rush hour), CAN YOU BELEIVE IT? The funny thing is that I had my car washed two days ago and it is pristine...except where the bumper of the other car IMPRINTED their dusty llicense plate onto my rear bumper! It is going to come back and bite them on the A$$ I hope! Otherwise, it will cost me $450 to repair. Sorry for the rant.

So what if they are using the car for pizza delivery as long as they respect it and don't rice the *Explicit* out of it then it should be all good. What did you expect from a sports car that can be bought for $20k!

i would expect a pizza deliver car to be getting at least 27 mpg city and sipping on 87 octane

For what reason would you think of that? A teenager with a part time job, maybe a few years before he could even drive, wanted a nicer car and saved up. Hell I have seen a supra, which I have seen at the Firebird raceway pushing 12's, delivering domino's pizzas.

I see everything from huge SUVs, trans am's, STi's to Tallon's delivering pizza around here. The wear and tear on a delivery car is crazy! I drove pizza delivery for a few years back in the day and it will tear up a cars brakes, tires & suspenssion I went through three sets of brakes, a set of tires and oil changes were every 2k in that two years. After I stopped I found that my front suspenssion was wacked so I had the struts replaced.

if it's a lease, he's in for a world of hurt when he goes to turn it in, i'm sure he'd go over the allotted miles by a bit.
