Dealer/Nissan run-around
When I bought my z last May I must have been low on caffine because leasing sounded like a good idea. So last month I bought out the lease. I was definitly robbed. They even charged me $50 for a safety inspection on a car with less then 5K miles on it. There was a $200 charge just for nothing. Just a fee to buy the car.
I was suppose to get the title in the mail but instead I got a bill from Nissan saying that they were $460 short. This is AFTER the contracts are signed and everything paid as they requested. And, because I didn't make a payment last month (other than the $31K cashiers check I quess) they zapped my credit for 30 days past due.
The dealer says to call Nissan and Nissan says take it up with the dealer.
I explained to my salesman what his chances were of me buying another car from him if he didn't figure this out and he seems to handling it. Time will tell.
