I can almost 1000% guarantee you, Le Mans isn't going anywhere... Nissan sunk a boatload of coin into promoting the Z and Le Mans is one of the main promotion colors. The posters, the Run dvd etc...
I haven't heard official anything regarding colors. Yellow was mentioned by some key people so it's trustworthy, but as for what it will replace... no idea. Maybe it won't replace anything, maybe it'll just be added?
I hadn't heard anything regarding green...but I've got my ears open. I'll let you know what is said, as it is said.

just playin, thanks for the info, I donno where I heard that green bit from, probably all in my head. I dreamed I drove a hardtop convertable Z with trunk in front and back, only cause the engine was snugly fitted between the 2 seats(It was a very small engine).

I called Nissan today and all I could get from them was check with your local dealer around September. See my Problem is I really want to get the car I, I have the money and everything I just can't decide on a color. The first one a saw was the blue, at first I didn't like it, I thought it looked cheap, But now that I see more pictures of it on the street I really like it, I'm still torn between the Blue, Silverstone and the brickyard. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Im a sucker for dark colors, love the way they shine, so blue, brickyard and black were my only considerations.
everyone and there brother has a silver, I also owned a silver truck, it was easy to keep clean but it was never dazzling and shiny. not like a clean black car.
the Z blue is a bit lighter than I prefer, and does give it a bit of a toy look, but it is right at the edge of too light. so I did consider it.
in the end, black was the color I could have. so I went with it.
anyway, so thats why I decided against silver if that helps, as for black vs blue... thats up to you, both are good choices, black will be forever, black and red have been big colors for sports cars since sports cars existed. some say blue is a fad. I donno bout that... but cant go wrong with a nice DARK brickyard, put some wax on it and itll be stunning.
