Question for those of you with optima redtop batteries
So obviously the battery is too small to use the OEM bracket. What have you guys done to secure the battery in place?

Here's a picture of my set up. I cut some rubber spacers to fit between the fix frame and the top of the battery.
From the Factory Service Manual;
Battery fix frame mounting nut: 4.4 N·m (0.45 kg-m, 39 in-lb)
Battery terminal nut:5.4 N·m (0.55 kg-m, 48 in-lb)

Because yellow top is deep cycle. It's more for being able to have your stereo on when the car is off. Red top is better for strong starts, etc.
