Driven all sorts of cars too....FWD hondas...most forms of AWD (haldex, quattro, symmetrical..etc.)

90% of the time....I just love RWD...it's bliss.


And for those guys who have NEVER gone sideways.
Best thing is to find an empty lot in the rain. NOT to do anything crazy but to break the wheels loose with not too much throttle. Do some donuts and get use to manipulating the car's yaw and angle. Freak out a little then try it in dry.

Trying to induce something like this while it's dry out, for FIRST TIME, requires you to throttle too much and pick up too much speed. It can get scary when the wheels bite and whip you into a direction you were counter-steering to.
