And just because you don't see the "SLIP" light doesn't mean that the VDC isn't working.

I'm about *THIS* close to doing a couple of acceleration runs in 1st gear with the VDC on and off to see what my GTechPro says about the torque and HP. Given my experience with it both on and off on Solo runs, I would guess that the VDC on pulls quite a bit of power (that isn't necessarily needed) in 1st and 2nd gear.

When it's raining, leave that sucker ON. Driving behind a fellow Z in the rain, he spun out right in front of me and I almost hit him. I pulled up next to him and asked if he had VDC, and he said "yes" but he was leaving it off.

Now on the track, it's a different story. At Cali Speedway, coming into a corner too hot, it kills my throttle to the rear wheels. I can't accelerate for $#!^ coming out of the corner (but I guess I can compensate for that by slowing my entry speed).

Either way, like previous posters have said, it's near impossible to slide or kick the tail out with it on.
