what cant you do for nissan do to void your warranty?....some coilover systems and other big mods im assuming.....ive also heard that they cant void your warranty unless they prove that that mod made the problem.

Modifications give the service manager an excuse not to do warranty work. Some managers are mod friendly - some are not. Be reasonable about mods and warranty work. If you get crazy with suspension mods and wheels, don't complain about poor tire wear. That's just common sense.
