- my TP hisses threw a cell (non fouler didn't help)
- my exhaust rattles
- front bumper rock chip mayhem
- wing issue
- trunk retains water
- trunk too heavy
- valet curbed all 4 of my volks
- side skirt - different shade
- bose gives in at times (skips etc)

I'll be fixing one thing at a time

 

Umm...

1. My air just went out.
2. My passenger window won't roll down.
3. My driver's side tire is making a weird banging sound, think it's the breaks.

Hopefully all of that is covered under warranty, i'm taking it to the Nissan place tomorrow.

 

I have oil consumption issues.
Also have an oompa loompa in the trunk.

 

HMMMMM....so many

My passenger window motor broke
Brakes squeeeellll like nuts (gotta love the abrasiveness)
My shiftknob is all kinds of worn down
Vibration when turning left at high speeds
CD player makes weird noises when taking in a CD
The doors rattle like they're full of broken bolts
The windows have grease streaks
The headlights have some "fog" type issues (already had them replaced once)
Transmission of course (only once thankfully)
Feathering of course
My exhaust tips are uneven (looking down at them)
Fuel door, mud guards, bumpers slightly different shade of PPW

AND AFTER ALL THAT....I WOULD NOT CONSIDER TAKING ANOTHER CAR

 

doors rattle a little when i have music with bass with the stock deck. only rattles when the windows are up though..

bugs the hell out of me though

Getting 16 miles Per gallon rather than the estimated 19/25. It's pissing the fawck out of me.

Lost my power steering last week. 4k on the car.

Had my radio replaced.

I have an intermitent squeak from my right front tire.

Door rattles when driving at high rpm's or loud music.

god forbid you actually ever drive a ferrari--that car makes sooooo many noises.

if you want a smooth transmission and no noises, why don't you get a cadillac?

It attracts like the the bird sh*t in the world
Washed my car yesterday...I had to get something from
my car this morning only to find five...FIVE bird sh*t
all over my car...including inside the lip of my right rear rim!
That's just BS

I also used to have all the common Z issues, but all of them
have been fixed with TSB.

Top #2 seperated
Top #3 had a faulty seam from the factory (someone sneezed)
Top #4 is beginning to seperate

I think I see a trend. On the bright side, I only have the top up when the car is parked, so it really doesn't matter, but it does make me wonder if Nissan will ever get it right.

 

After all this guys, what can be covered by the nissan guarantee ???

My headlights have some foggy things on it, is it replacable for free??

Yes we need more responses like this. Even thought I've had to replace my soft top twice, and my transmission, I still don't regret the purchase. That is until used '06 C6 convertibles come down in price......

 

Hey...

I'm thinking of buying either a 350z or a gen 2 viper gts. I think both cars look great. I could probably buy a used 350z and add allot of mods for the price of a stock viper.

But you guys are scaring the **** out of me with all these negative comments about the 350z. I thought nissan made a quality car.

What gives???
