From what I have seem from the posts, I would like to ask the followings........
1. Is there really a 350ZR with TT coming out in 2004?
2. If the 350ZR is only a rumor, why does NIssan register the domain name of www.350zr.com?
3. Or, is it going to be like JmanZ's source said long time ago that there will only be NISMO parts for the Z, and when you set up the whole package, NISMO will give you a ZR badge on your Z......
4. Is the GT-R = Skyline GT-R or it's a Z's GT-R? And is it coming out in 2004 as well?

Okay... I already replied to KaiKai's PM regarding this but for those that read this and wonder... I will be clear about what I know regarding this stuff.
First off... NONE of this is official and should not be treated as such. I have heard things from sources but they can easily be wrong, be feeding me lies etc.

Will there be a TT in 2004?
This depends on sales of the 350Z over the next two years in my opinion. It might not be a TT 350Z, it might be a supercharged 350Z instead. Nissan has the ability to create a faster 350Z, there is no secret there. When asked if one is planned, the same answer usually comes... "no comment".
Nissan also said there would never be a convertible Z32, but then a year or two later in 93, it showed up. Car companies don't let the good out until they are good and ready. I am sure Seedy will back me up on this.
If it is in their best interests, they'll say something. Right now though, Nissan wants us all to buy the 350Z as is. This is why up until a short time ago if you phoned NNA and asked if a spyder version was coming out, they would tell you there were no plans.
There was always plans, but they're in the business of selling cars they HAVE, not cars they are planning. Same thing with the "faster" 350Z.
Will a TT or Supercharged 350Z debut in 2004 or whenever? Depends on auto sales. Supply and Demand is basically what it boils down to. Toyota is debuting their Supra in 2004, as is Mazda with their RX-7. (not RX-8, that comes in 2003) I would think when these two come to the table, Nissan will need something to fight them with, and the 350Z won't quite do it. The Supra will be faster and more powerful, and odds are the RX-7 will be as well.

As for a 350ZR, Nissan has been really tight lipped about this obviously. The R could stand for roadster. The R could mean almost anything. I have heard things from my guy overseas, of which I have always commented on in here. No clue if there's any truth to it, so I always let you know it's a rumor.
A Skyline GT-R or G35 GT-R is expected to debut in 2004 here but again, if sales of the G35 are low, Nissan most likely won't bring it over here. It will be in Japan without question, the Skyline heritage is one without equal over there. I hope they bring it here, but Nissan isn't out of the woods yet, they need to hit a home run with the 350Z and G35. I am thinking they most definately will, so I expect to see a faster 350Z and a GT-R on US shores in 2004.

jamn. i said pretty much the same thing about a month ago. people were like "how old is this post" No turbo, no turbo. Well if you dont realize that car companies always release lower h.p cars , then higher h.p cars to gain re-inrest in the vehicle. A turbo was never out of the question, EVEN IF HIGH UPS SAY "NO". Has anyone ever heard of mis - information? That will get everyone to buy the car out now.............that means no one waiting for the more powerful car to show up. Jman said it well, Car companies are in business to make money...... what better way to do that than what they might be doing right now? I say Turbo released Sept.03.

Has anyone seen any concept models of the rx-7 they'll be bringing over. Will it be anything like the current japanese model is right now. I'm really impressed with even the 95 models and probably would have bought an rx-7 if the current jap models were available here. The closest thing you can get right now is a 95 maybe 96 with 30k-70k miles for $20,000 on up to you knows what. I've seen some of them do close to 170mph in the 1/4 at the drag strip now that is screaming fast.

I agree that the front of the Supra is ugly, but the overall shape is great and the side and rear views are gorgeous. The front grille and lights could be easily changed -- remember the 350Z concept? I hated the look of the front with that disgusting huge square grill and had no interest at all in the car because of it. Then the production version came along with a few subtle changes and it was love at (second) sight!

IMO, I think the 350ZR = TT or supercharged 350Z 
I don't think Nissan will open a website just for a roadster. (If the R stands for roadster) And since that website is already under construction for months now, I think the ZR is definitely comining

According to Carl Beck, webmaster of Zhome.Com, it was one of the rarest Z's ever made- the 1979 280ZXR.

But a rare <I>Z</I>...? That's another story. I'd love to have a Dream Car garage of my own- filled with a 240Z, 280Z Zap, '79 ZXR 280ZX 10th Anniversary, 1984 50th AE, 1988 Shiro Turbo, 1990 TT, 1995 SMZ, 1996 (one of the last 300's).... ahhh!

The rx-7 looks like the new c6, and the supra looks like a db7 Aston martin. Funny how they follow suit after one car makes a come back. I love it. Seems like it is 1993 all over again.
