stock tires!!!
I Just bought a 03 touring 350z with navigation. the car has 35000 miles. It have 20 inch rims that are after market which is great. Im driving to florida from chicago at the end of may and i was wondering if people think its a good idea to drive that distance on those rims or if i should buy the stocks and drive on those, if anyone have stock wheels and tires they wanna sell heres my email ciro.pescatore@cingular.com

If it's just a once there, or once there and back trip, I wouldn't worry about it. If it's something you plan to do regularly, it would be a serious consideration.
Personally, on a longer highway trip, I'd prefer to have as much rubber(height) as possible. I've got the 17's with 50's on mine and it rides as smooth as glass on the interstate. I've driven other cars with low profiles on the interstate and about got beat to death.
I think the main thing I'd worry about though is beating up your nice rims.

Well, your ride will be rougher for sure, and with low profiles, you have to be extra careful of potholes and other road hazards since you don't have the cushioning to protect the rims from hard hits.
Getting a flat would really suck too, especially if you scar up the rim and can't find a replacement or get it fixed, you'd be out an entire set of rims.
If you've got the spare $500 or whatever for them, it'd probably be worth it, just to save yourself from potential problems in the future.
It's like, do I pay 500+ for one replacement rim, or 500 for a set of 4 to protect the entire other set. Though if you get a set of stocks, then you would also have a beat around set for days at the track, other road trips, etc.
I know when I get my new rims, I'll be keeping my stocks for such use.

EDIT: A quick Google showed the X-Type as having a 5x108mm bolt pattern, whereas the Z is 5x114.3 bolt pattern. Unsure of the offsets. I don't think they'll work.
