Here's a tip to increase your mpg, use pure nitrogen filled tires. It should increase it 1-1.5 mpg. It only costs like 4 bucks per tire.

I get 18.5 during the week. Mostly city driving on my commute, 12 miles each way its about 3 highway and 9 city miles. Not hard really, this is about what the car is rated in the city. Low thirties may be possible on trips where its entirely highway driving from point to point, but you'll never see these numbers with any sort of regular off-highway driving during a tank.

Doesnt **** me off in the least though. I knew what I was getting into when I bought it.

Haven't reset my gauge in about 3000 miles and I'm getting 27.4mpg.

Not bad...

you are lucky the most i get i usually 22 or 34 if i'm lucky...350 per tank... i thought that was rather ironic...

i hit 68 once using the reset trick.... but i did actually get a high mileage of 48 when i was driving home around midnight and on cruise 65ish... flat highway...

Dude,
The guy who says he gets 38-41, wow. By the time your gas lamp comes on (to refuel), have you driven 600+ miles on that tank?!
Damn, thats the *highest* I've ever seen. Badass!!

Concentrating on feathering the throttle as lightly as possible, I can get 23mpg with about 80% of it being in the city. Road trip from Fresno to SoCal gave me 27.8, modulating my throttle at 70 (I have a base, lightest and purest).
