Its part of the fuel pump assembly.If you have ever pulled out the fuel pump its the part with the rod and float and where the rod comes out is the sensor.Just replace the whole fuel pump assembly.

Many Nissans have the same problem... Nissan just used bad fuel reading components. I filled up and went from completely full to 13 dte right after got out of the driveway. Then after about 10 mins it jumped back to 3/4 and then after i restarted to full.

Same here. I was just going to replace the pump with something bigger/better for Stage IV anyway. No biggy.
