Default Paint problems.

This is a little depressing. I have an 06 350z which I bought April 6 of this year. I am the first owner (so it's not like any previous owners could have f'ed it up).

Everytime I wash my car, I notice new chips in my paint on the front bumper. I have no clue what is causing the paint to chip, and the only idea I have is that hitting bugs at 120 mph can actually peel your paint off. I do a LOT of highway driving at high speeds. I'm kinda trying to see if anyone else has this problem and if not, what the hell am I doing that no one else is?

Paint is not so great on our cars. Invest in a clear bra. Im taking my car to get the clear bra put on before I use the highway. (I just picked it up the other day) But rock chips are inevitable if you drive high speed on the highway.

shiit, if you guys feel that way either invest in a clear bra and get some hood dampeners, or buy a beemer if you wanted luxury, its a sports car

Hood dampeners? I have a water hose I could squirt on the hood if that's what you mean. The word is DAMPERS. Which I will be aquiring soon enough. And paint that doesn't peel off my brand new car isn't what I consider a luxury.
