I F@#*ed up bad.
So I got a Daytona Blue 350Z about a month ago. I bought it for my twentieth birthday and I am going to school and working. Today I was being very stupid by driving crazy and I crashed and hit a fu$%^ing side guard. I scraped the whole left side and I hit by tire and the wheel popped right off. I skid to a halt and was panicking because I just wrecked my dream car that I have been saving up for a while to get. A Month After I Got It. I have never gotten into an accident and have been really smart with my driving. Now I F$%*ed up bad. Now I can't go to sleep cause I keep thinking about my baby. I want to cry. Please show some sympathy.
The reason why I was driving crazy - A f#*king Silverstone gunmetal rims with silver tint M3 thought he could just cut me off.

not to rag on you or anything, ive had my 350z for about a month or so, i work hard to pay for my car and for my insurance. I'm 18 years old, yes i like to drive fast sometimes cause, well, i drive a sports car thats what its meant for. But how fast do you have to be driving to lose control and hit a rail, and if you weren't going so fast, you shouldnt be driving a car with the power a 350z has, let alone, its rwd so it tends to lost control faster.
but none the less take this as a learning experience, when u come back up, and ur z gets fixed, your going to think twice when an M3 cuts you off, cause eventually hes going to be the as*who*le in your position now!
good luck none the less hope your z gets fixed
my $.02

I don't know the total damage cause the insurance will find out tomorrow. I know with time it will turn out fine and I will get back on my feet but time feels like it is going slow as hell right now. I just want to close my eyes and when I open them the car will be in my garage. But that's not going to happen.
Edit: I know it was my fault and none of the blame goes to the M3. That's all my fault, I could have simply let him pass. There's no excuses I messed up. But it is so hard to go slow in the right lane and follow speed limits for me. All my friends kept telling me I need to tone my speed down but I didn't. Now all my friends are like I told you so.

Sucks but take it as lesson learned. Grow up and take responsibility for your actions starting by not citing another driver as your reason / excuse for "driving crazy". Also be thankfull that you didn't hurt anyone in the process, including yourself. I hope everything works out with your repairs but I can't really say I feel sorry for you.

Sure everyone was young once, and have made similar it not the same mistake. But this fact doesn't mean its not stupid...Stupidity doesn't ever just happen.

The number one important thing is that I lived to tell a tale about how I totalled my 350Z. Just a very expensive lesson learned. I haven't even felt the pain yet until I talk with the insurance company tomorrow. The thing that made me real depressed was when the state tropper told me that I was lucky I had my seat belt on because if I went off the highway I would have went through the windshield and killed myself. Then he said that would have been two deaths in two days with 20 year olds, because the night before a kid died in the same city racing. he didn't have his seat belt on.
