Default Transmission not going into 6th?

Sometimes i cant get into my 6th gear when im driving...is this normal...i have to let off the clutch...than get back on it..and it will go. Sometimes its just hard to get into it anywhere from 30-50... The other gears seem fine. Also in 6th it seems like im hearing something lose in the shifter...like a clicking sound. This getting into 6th just started last night. Should i take it to nissan? I have 35,200 miles on it. i do have an extended warranty but doesnt the regular one only go to 36? or is it 60....what do you think of this situation? info always appreciated. Thank You!

Not normal. Have the dealer check it.
