Just received a couple of items I ordered from z.com. Actually I had to call and order. Let me give you my impression.

Shipping took only 2 days. Ordered on Monday, got it today. Awesome service too.

I ordered a Black Hat with Z logo on it. This is a pretty good quality item for $7.95. The cloth is not as thick as it looks in the picture. Stiching and Embroidery quality is very good. 6 or 7 in a scale of 1-10.

I also ordered couple Key-Rings. Now this item is the real killer. Beautifully finished, billet aluminum color, full metal. Craftmanship is just awesome. Hands down the BEST Z key-ring out there. 10 out of 10 without a question. I think anyone who has a Z or in love with Z, this key-ring is a MUST-have item.

How much was shipping? Planning on ordering some items there myself.

 

Shipping is reasonable. I think they go by the dollar amount. My order total was around $32 and the shipping was $5.95. UPS Ground.

 

Im located in Toronto, Canada and i recieved my black Z hat and Z key ring in about a week and a half. Payed 15 dollars for shipping but its worth it. Both are great quality items. I agree the Z key ring is beautifully designed and has a good finish. Paid no duty either. Great service at Z.Com store.
