I guess they are takin g pre orders for 07's, anyone know of engine or anything updates?

 

I heard from a friend who'se a janitor at Nissan, that the '07's will have radiator insulators to keep the heat in. That's pretty much it.

 

Do a search, this has been discussed in a bunch of threads, and Sport Z even posted an article on the new VQ engine. Quite a bit of stuff has changed. Dual TB's, new block, new pistons and conrods, etc.. the threads already posted have all the info. I think the Sport Z article is in the new G concept forum as a sticky.

You said dealer's are taking "g" pre-orders and asked for engine updates. Find that thread on the new g and VQ in it. Whether the Z will have the same, who knows right now. If you want to know about Z updates, you'll have to wait until fall.

Where does it say that the Z is getting the same engine? Its in the 2007 G coupe, but I have not seen anything official stating its going in the Z.

 

I think you missed this post. He asked about the G, no one knows anything "official" on the Z yet.

 

I believe the new G has been pushed out to 2008 and the 2007 G will be like the 2006's.
