NO. Keep in mind, warranty void only apply on the part that you replace. Let say you put in a new exhaust and you have some problem with the axles, they can't say "oh, you have aftermarket part on your car, your warranty is gone"
On the Nismo parts, keep in mind that only the S-Tune(exhaust,susp) keeps the warranty, it is explicitly stated that the R-Tune(headers,cams,clutch) will not. Now a dealer might not deny your claim based on you having R-Tune parts, but they themselves wont be covered like S-Tune parts will be. Technically for them to be covered under warranty they have to be dealer installed. But if my Nismo cat back takes a crap, well thats a good time for me to upgrade to HKS
Edit: So the simple ones like intake/exhaust are good. Ive heard of one person on here having some trouble with a spacer or plenum(dealer told him he dropped a bolt in the engine or something ) but a spacer is easy to take off if your that worried about it.
so if i put in HKS exhuast and popcharger..and after like 30k miles..my tranny dies, im still covered for warranty for a new tranny and dont have to pay?? correct?

Yes because your modification did not induce the problem, now if you throw in an aftermarket clutch/FW combo and the tranny acts up then its a roll of the dice.
thanks Bubble, thats what i want to do, but was making sure about the warranty thing, haha, do u have AIM screen name? u always know everything ahhahaha
