I'll Buy it and install it if someone here will pay for the before and after Dyno. We will split the winnings from the court case for false advertisement.

those have been out for years. used to sell em when i worked at pep boys back in high school. lol, they used to go for like 70$, they claimed like 3-6 more mpg. raising the bs flag on that
