don't you think the proper way to handle this, if they really are the ones int he right here, would be to post and explain thier end of the situation?

I have seen it may times, where a vendor has been badmouthed and set the record straight. this sounds like a BS excuse to me.

OK, here is what some of these folks that were about to order from vivid should do... Call them order whatever parts you were thinking about... and before you give them your CC#, ask them to post a reply to this thread.

That should give them a quantifiable value to the importance of resolving customer service issues.

I really want to see the whole picture personally...

I'll never do business with them. Sucks for them.

No problem, I do all I can to help out.

But PLEASE, let's not get this thread offtopic. This thread is about Vivid Racing not responding, bad experience, etc.... This isn't about Redlinemax not fullfilling ZdayZ promises.

Vivid has been screwing people for years. I bought a set of coilovers from them a couple years ago. Asked them before I purchased to verify the part numbers on the front set to make sure I was getting the newest ones. They sent me the older version of the coilovers then would not exchange them without me paying a re-stock fee. I had this all documented in email and had to dispute the charges with my credit card company. What a pain in the ***.

Not true, we have pulled other sponsors even though they were paying before, At the moment I am reviewing the info.

Good to hear your getting your money back, but to bad it took all this to get them to act on something they should have done in the first place.

edit: beat me to the punch Dave!

Good deal man. I'm glad they decided to make it right, regardless of the reason.
