Vivid Racing Bad News!!!!
wow, this is customer service at a low point. It took 8 pages and numerous folks to participate before damage control had to be implemented. If vivid was anywhere concerned about dealing with the 350z crowd they would have responded to this much earlier. I was following this thread from the start and i believe a moderator here inform vivid right when i was posted and its till 8 pages later or yesterday it was delt with.
Since we are dealing with an online vendor customer service MUST be #1. If you look at some of the more respectable vendors like performance nissan, JSC, Z1 auto, Motordyne, they all reply back to PMs or concern asap, near instant.

I've heard of multiple issues with Vivid, and I would not trust them at all. Obviously they do not know how to run a business, and their customer service is severely lacking. I would not lament if they went out of business.
