Oh now they decide to refund you, lol. That girl's email from vivd wasn't exactly articulated brilliantly, further leading me to believe the original story. I bet this thread will definitely end up costing them thousands of dollars. Good work.

Tell the credit card company there are unauthorized xcharges and see what they say. That is a FEDERAL crime! Keep us updated. AND TO VIVID i was about to order a few thousand $ worth of stuff for my Z but now i wont. Ill go with someone who believes in customer service and not screw people over and act rude to their customers especially when ordering online. When it comes to online business the ONLY thing people deal with are sales reps and reputations.

so sad that customer service these days is so f-ing poor. I just dont get how a company can stay in business without great support. In the end, he is getting refunded but look at the measures he had to go through to get it. On top of that, vivid just screwed themselves out of all these other potential customers over $339. Just a bunch of BS and not smart on their part. And another reason why i paid 39 bucks more and bought my APS exhaust through bsp. At least Chris there knows the potential of the Z community, and they work on miatas and subis!

Glad to hear your problem came to a fair resolution. Although Vivid Racing's reputation has been hurt with what has been said with their customer service. Mistakes can be redeemed but words can never be taken back.

Ouch, I was going to buy the INGS lip kit from them. I’m glad you got your money back, and their not getting mine. Until I hear they’ve greatly improved their customer service, I will not consider buying anything from them.

Yeah, and that damn moving Vivid ad that's usually on top lags like $hit! The employees' attitude is a result of the owner/manager, so I wouldn't be surprised if the leader @ vivid is a jackass too.

Glad to hear you got your money back, I guess VIVID didn't even want to try and post some lame a$s excuse or reason to why this happened. Hopefully this is a lesson learned for their company and they don't try and screw another person here or anywhere, Karma is a bitc* it probably just cost them lots of future customer's and money. I know their not getting any of my business.
