Still dont have the car back because they are now saying that they warmed me that i needed to change the clutch. I said no due to only being notified of the transmission. After arguing they came back to me saying that the clutch disk was changed when the transmission change took place and I needed to change the pressure plate.

I went off saying that you guys first told me that i needed to change the clutch and now you are telling me i need to change the clutch. Next reason was that it was the pressure plate and it was not warranted from Nissan due to my car being older than three years.

We had a conference call with the sales manager and the sales assistant and of course he was even more of an *(%^ and took the assistants side. After arquing with them I asked for Nissan Corp.. Im currently waiting on that call back.

I do have an extended warranty but its not with Nissan. I have not let them know because I shouldn't have to pay for there mess up.
