Let me, tell you, how very pleased i am!!!!!!!!

OK, i might be a newb, or whatever, but best beleive i know good service when i see it...and i want to tell you about my adventure...(now remember the nice rule) muuhahahaha!!!!
i orded some items from AAM and was getting concerned on shipment dates since it was a while..so i contacted a rep there goes by the name of WILLIAM. i was soo pleased with his help on tracking my order down and being very patient with me after every day of hasseling him "wheres my order wheres my order"- he personally took his time away from his busy schedule everyday i bugged him to go check on it. i say i was pleased kept me a wamr and fuzy...but, not only did he help me satisfyingly. he answered questions that no one answered, becuase i was to afraid to post them on the board b/c i didnt want to look like a GD fool....he answered with no hesitation and it was b/c of WILLIAM is how i made some of my choices for the products for my 350z.
what a story.(sorry for the spelling, thank god for that be nice policy) haha, but really i just wanted to mark on how satisfied i am with AAM and the REP WILLIAM. if u need anything trust me, he mishgt be busy take a few minutes doing what he says to get back at you, thats b/c he is actaully doing what u asked or w/e. u can contact him at AAM. or by IM. just find him on here. it was awseome.
so i'ma throw a thank you shout out to WILLIAM at AAM.
even if no one reads it. its still to my knowledge that i was satisfied..
so if anyone else was pleased. please let me know..

Although the "braveheart" team has good intentions to weed out the "annoying" newbs, it's effects has prevented many good Z owners and the sole purpose of this site pass on and received info on our Z.
PS Good job William on the customer service. Hopefully soon you're have a long positive thread like StatusAutoDesign!

thats what i'm saying..i was just pleased. wanted others to know not to b afraid of asking for what they need and or want....haha..

Good to know there are good peeps in our area. I hope I don't get too much grief for this but I met a guy at a meet from a shop in MD not to be named, he said he was part owner and he was kind of rude and arrogant I didn't get a good feeling from him so needless to say I will not be going there for anything.
I thought I should give this a bump. I spent a few hours there today myself and was real happy with the way the work was handled. William, Noah and the rest definitely took the time to make me feel welcome, answer questions, etc.
