I would just like to take the time out and say what great customer service I received from Z1 Performance. I ordered an Aerosync Nismo front bumper and received it on 6/21/06, but when I opened the package the bumper was damaged on the passenger front. At first I was kind of angry, but realized you really can’t help what happens after the package is picked up by the shipping company and it is in their hands. So I called Z1 at 3:21pm spoke to Notch he then transferred me to Adam who I explained the issue to and he was very understanding he advised me that he would have to call UPS and file a claim with them so we could get the process started and to get me a new front bumper. He advised me that he would be in contact with me in a day or so for new info as how this would be handled. 6/22/06 I received a call at 9:21am and it was Adam with an update, he advised me that he contacted UPS and they would call me the next day (6/23) to pick up the front no later than 7pm and he would have a new shipment of bumpers in on Tuesday and he would have a new one shipped out. Well UPS came by and picked up the bumper on 6/23 and now on its way back to Z1. So hopefully the next bumper will be ok so I can get it painted and put on, I will update everyone when it does arrive, I just thought I would share my experience that I had with this company and this how customers should be treated so thank you Z1, I look forward to doing business with you again.
