New member, need advice on which trim level to get.....
Wasup everybody, glad to be a part of this forum. Well im not that much of a car fan but recently i decided that i wanted to get a 350Z. I dont know much bout the car but im still learning so dont flame. All my car buddies think 350Z is a good choice. Anywho....i realize that there are diffrent trim levels enthusiast, touring, track, ect. Im sure that each level is dirrent but which do yall think would be a better choice. As i was reading some posts, most people got enthusiasts. I would just like to know which level people would rather have cuase again, i dont know that much yet. Thanks.

Go to Nissan USA site to learn about model differences.
All models have same basics: engine, drivetrain, & looks. Matter of bells/whistles.
Enthusiast is best bang for buck.
Since you live in snow/ice country, I'd go with a model with VDC (which includes TSC). Enthusiast has TCS but not VDC.

TCS = Traction Control System - It helps keep the rear tires from spinning if you get on the gas too hard.
VDC = Vehicle Dynamic Control - It combines TCS with Yaw Control to not only keep the rear tires from spinning, but also the yaw control helps to keep the front and rear end from swapping ends. It uses EBD (Electronic Brake Distribution) to selectively brake individual wheels to prevent the car from "over rotating" (ie. spinning).
One other thing -- the Z comes with summer tires, so you'll want to check into winter-only or all-season tires. Personally, I went with the all-season Kumho Ecsta ASX, which are SIGNIFICANTLY quieter than the stock Potenzas.

i bought a roadster with the full grand touring package and i got michelin pilot sport tires with it when i bought the car. i guess they are optional tires? i bought the car brand new.
just do what everyone else says...check the website and research each model to see what you like. another way is to test drive the different models and see what you feel comfortable with. each model has different features so check em all out.

Kool thanks, anyways i just got done talking to a real close friend of mine. He has a 300ZX, n he said that his buddy has a 350 n that it has computer problems. He said that stuff happens and your always gonna have to reset your computer. So my question is if its true or not and does the Z have frequent computer problems, or is it just that his car is ducked up?

Hahah, naw my moms not gonna buy it, shes gonna put like 3G's down, ill put maybe like 2-2,500 Gs. Ahhhhhhhh man cant wait, if i get the money, my ideal Z would be either the dark maroon (dont flame cuz i 4got the real color name), or a white Touring (white so me n my bro can match vehicles, i think that would b SIIICK!) N also i got a friend who had a really nice supra, he won 1st place for show car, im sure if you look up his supra its gonna be up there. So hes gonna help me mod it out n help me out with it. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh man i really hope they take my uncles offer!
