Tranny grind?

I'm not sure if that's what this is called, but i often hear a REALLY lound grint when switching from 2nd to 3rd. Anyone know what this is? Covered under warranty?

If it's just a typo and you've been on the baords since '04, I can't imagine how you don't know about the tranny grinding problem (or didn't search for it). Take it to the dealer; they should replace the tranny under warranty; it's a known issue.
