Question Is this guy for real? Greddy TT Full Kit $1950 shipped? On Ebay

I just thought this was to good to be true, whatca guys think?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...ayphotohosting

Damn in the market for a turbo kit too.. soo tempting.

The stuff looks brand new... its way to cheap to be real. its 1/4 the cost of a brand new kit from greddy!

No buyer/seller reviews on the guy. Be weary. Very weary.

Things that seem too good to be true, usually are.

Scam

1-Zero feedback user
2-horrible english--see quote below... this is an obvious sign of scams.
3-asking for a rediculously low price for an otherwise expensive item
4-does not have actual photo
5-says he is in miami but that phone number is for west palm beach
6-when you are trying to sell something valuable, you'll usually try to present it much better than that...
7-story makes no sense... so does he need the money because he totalled the car or because he's moving? *sigh* the more i read it, the more i find... just stay away...

I am sacrificing a Greddy turbo kit I had installed on my 350z, Vehicle was totaled out recently and I am no longer in need of the kit. I will be relocating soon and need to sell as soon as possible kit was on my vehicle for almost 3 months. Since it is almost new it is in great running condition. Everything is included nothing missing. Serious inquires only please call if you have any questions Im asking $1950 shipped OBO please call 1-561-201-1405 James
i am probably missing other obvious sign so stay far away from this auction...

Well the kit isn't brand new, so expect to be missing some parts or get some parts replaced.

odd, if you look through the pics, they must be PRE-installed pics. everything looks too new to be a used kit.

Looks legitimate to me.

Generally a thief conducts business off-eBay and wants a Western Union money order. The seller accepts PayPal. While not risk free, PayPal offers protection similar to a credit card.

Besides the starting bid is $2,000. You have no idea what the reserve is.

Looks legit to me too. If I were going to sell something on eBay today, I wouldn't yet have a rating yet either, but hey you never know. I believe "buyer beware". Call, and try to have it picked up.

Its a scam!! He says "I am sacrificing a Greddy turbo kit I had installed on my 350z, Vehicle was totaled out recently and I am no longer in need of the kit. I will be relocating soon and need to sell as soon as possible kit was on my vehicle for almost 3 months. Since it is almost new it is in great running condition. Everything is included nothing missing." Take a close look at every pic, those look like new parts in the plastic to me

They could be pics of when he initially received the kit 3 months ago. Why go through the hassle of taking pics of the same thing 3 months later?

I just spoke to this guy and he seemed like he was in a hurry and was in the 'office'. He did explain a lot and said you can have a family member meet up with me with funds if you want. But still I have my doubts cuz its just too cheap and he can get a lot more for it, so why wouldn't he? Also his paypal is not working so I dunno about that. A lil shady.

He said the kit was installed by south Florida performance. Thats something that can be verified. All I can say is that if there is anyone in the area that is willing to go up there and pick it up for me, I am willing to pay for their time and effort. If its legit, its too good of a deal to pass up. What do you guys think.
