Default New Z owner with a question

Was just wondering, I bought my Z about 1 month ago and my brakes are making noise already. I brought it to the dealer and was told my bearings have some moisture in them and have to order the parts to replace them. I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem? Other than that my Z is so much fun to drive.

congrat on your recent purchase.
i'm sure your gonna enjoy driving for the next few years. I've had mine since 4/03(6spd.chromesilver) and my only issues were power window replacement on both sides..... good luck.

Very unusual problem.

Believe that the wheels bearings are sealed. Excuse me: should be sealed. The dealer lifted the car a spun the front wheel. I assume that the brakes were quiet but the wheel bearing squealed.

I havent driven many stock 06 Z's, but if they are anything like the 03-05, the OE brake pads were noisey to begin with...

one of the characteristics of the pads...

Well I got my car back today after 2 days in the shop. I was told by the dealer the the hub assembly was changed and the car runs great!!!!!!!!

I was driving home and the squeaking noise is still there... I was wondering if anyone has any ideas what else it co be it happens above 35mph only when I turn to the left even the slightest turn will make it squeak. I am going back tomorrow to go raise hell! The car does not even have 2000K on it yet.

any Ideas or help that might rectify this problem would be great.

shouldnt, most of the issues that plagued the 03s were taken care of by the time the 05s came out

Sounds like slight friction between pads and rotors or maybe just 1 rotor. Does the sound go away when you touch the brake pedal?
