Default Bad Luck

So there I was just cruising in I-12 in Baton Rouge when suddenly a truck carrying a sh#T load of sand and rocks gets on the road ahead of me. I was rolling around 84-85 mph. He then proceeded to cross the interstate hitting a bad patch of road. The truck dumped a dust cloud of sand and rocks all over the road and I was the lucky fu#ker who just happened to be right there in my rock lovin Z. Well after passing through a cloud of dust and hearing what sounded like rain on my car I began to notice the damages. The windshield has about 30 very small chips on it with 2 large craters on it in front of my left eye and one on the pass. side. The front bumper cover, hood and fenders all have small chips all over them. Even the doors under the mirror are micro chipped. I am so sad, the car only has 3400 mi. on it. The truck was unmarked with no name or #'s on it. I flicked him off and screamed at him but he ignored me. So there it is it finally happened to me. I have to say I am not impressed with the paint quality on the car. I have had alot of cars and trucks and have never had the paint just chip off like this. Finally is there anything to wax or polich the paint with as to not make the chips show up so easily? Just had the windshield replaced for 344.00 couldn't wait.

sorry to hear about your misfortune. I had a heavy machinery cargo truck do that to me also. It wasn't to the extreme as yours but a large rock came barreling down the freeway. I swerved to miss it, but it still caught the edge of my hood about the head light leaving a nice scuff.

Ouch man, Sorry to hear about your Z.

Once in the highway I was driving behind a pick up when all of a sudden a piece of cardboard flew off and nailed me right on the hood. But Lucky for me I was driving my brother's 4runner. I had to take my mom and grandparents to the store so lucky for me my Z just wouldn't fit everyone in it.
