Yet another, "would you wait for '07 VQ35HR 350Z" poll, but with a twist.

The only reason I could see waiting is to see if Nissan puts in stronger internals b/c of the higher rev limit... but if you are going to go hard core built you will be changing internals and lowering compression anyway... really no reason to get the vq35hr that no one knows anything about and be the first to break it down.

sorry, but how in the heck does the Z4 weigh 32xx lbs, 330 hp, 260 lb-ft, and have a 0-60 of 4.9?!! Am I missing something? Although I guess it could be turbo....does it rev to 9000? I consider myself moderately knowledgeable when it comes to cars, but have not looked up the specs of this ride beyond what was previously posted. Always eager to learn so if anyone has any insight please share!
Get a used Z for between 15-20k and build your motor / transmission and FI it.
FIing a brand new car has much higher risk and cost since most think of it as new engine and just don't build it or think of their boost as safe boost when there's nothing called a "safe" boost.
