Default Bad Accident-Glad my girl is okay

My Girlfriend was in a 3 vehicle accident that totaled the Z. The front end was literally ripped off along with both front tiresand radiator. Both sides smashed with all the windows shattered. The roof collasped as well. She was on her way home from work when someone ran her off the road in which she lost control. I prayed and thanked God for she had her seatbelt on. She has a swollen and cut face from the airbags and glass, along with bruises from the seatbelt. The wrecker asked if the person was alive when he picked up the car. Believe me it was that bad. I'm currently in Iraq working and leaving for home to take care of her and the business with the car. I know people are going to ask was she speeding and stupid stuff like that. No, some Texas a-hole did this. Please God, do not let me find the person. She is okay and at home with mom taking care of her. I will wait for another car when I come home at the end of contract next year. I have pictures that I will try to post. It was also on the news as well. It happened in Temple, Texas. Thank you for the support.

This has got to be painful for you...especially considering the fact that you were overseas when it happened.

As much as we all love our Z's...it's JUST a car and can be replaced...loved ones can't.

I'm thankful that your GF is ok and am sure she'll heal up in no time!

You know what they say; Insurance will replace the Z, but your girlfriend is irreplaceable... Sorry to hear about the accident, but glad she is OK.

Thanks everyone, She is doing good at home with her mom. She doesn't remember much 'cause her face and head are pretty bad. Its in Gods hands now. I called from Iraq and got the Insurance claim going. Not going to get another car until next year. Going to get the house in January. Thank you for the support. G35 is my next choice. Thanks.

That has got to be so hard, becuase you are so far away, and probably feel helpless. Both of you are in my prayers.

Glad she is going to be alright. Would you know where in Temple this happened? My bros-in-law are both in Killeen (The Hood). Perhaps one of them seen something or know some details. I will call them now and post up if they know any particular details. While on the way back state-side try not to dwell on the accident and maybe getting revenge, but think of all the good you have shared with your girl and the future. Be safe!

Rick

I have herd many stories like this about horrible wrecks in the Z and the driver/passenger survive with not too bad of injuries. That makes me feel much better driving the Z. When I ride in my friends s2000 I feel if we were to crash, there would be no hope. Im glad to hear she is ok, good luck.
