About 2800 miles now, so I'm starting to feel fully comfortable pushing the car...

~5000 rpm in 6th gave me 140 mph on the 210 early, early this morning, held for a mile or so.

Anybody gone past 150??

 

97...in the dealer's demo LoL...too bad the section of highway was short.

 

i got to 150 and it was still wanting to pull, but i had to shut it down ... the vibrations from my bent wheel were too much at that speed.

 

I think 155 is when the govoner kicks in, but I have seen times as fast 156 posted on this site

 

is there a chip that takes the governor off?

 

I'm a wimp. 2200 miles and I just broke 100 today.

I'm too old and have two tickets. One drops off in August. Don't want to risk a 3rd ticket so I have been careful. But driving the backroads today, I had some fun in a few long stretches where I knew no cops were around.

One my next ticket drops off and I have saved up a few bucks for a good lawyer, I will play a bit more.

im slightly less of a wimp. I got it up to 120 without a sweat but im still afraid to really push this car until i get a real feel for it. im just nearing 1500 miles now so its still a baby.....

 

2900 miles and the last I took over it was 125 when shifting into 6th. I then rode it for about a mile with foot all the way down. I was too concerned about other cars to worry about speed. I knew I was haul;ing butt.

 

just past 1200 miles I pushed it north of 140...but it was night and I wasn't exactly staring at the speedo...so I don't know exactly how fast. It still had plenty more left...

 

with about 2K miles on it... the fastest was about 105mph.. held it for about half a mile. Suprisingly smooth at high speeds. Doesn't even feel like you're going 100mph+
