I strongly support newb disrespecting whenever appropriate, but you guys are railing on the OP for no reason.

I think someone wants to have his ego stroked. Probably isn't getting anything else stroked.

Got reading skills? I said it felt slower than what I was expecting.

All I did was write my review of some cars I test-drove on Saturday and everybody decided to jump on my *****.

Ranging in price from 40 to 125 grand. Riiiight. Don't get me wrong, Ive test driven a Porsche GT2. Didn't mean I had the means or wherewithall to buy it.

Perhaps he will feel faster in an ariel atom. That will suit his budget, but then he'd have to learn about how to appreciate a sports car, not just compare "felt fast" "felt slow" "felt fast"

I am not sure that people buy the Z for the speed. There are a lot of cars out there that are faster for a lot less. But the Z is a drivers car, it is stable and drives like it is on rails.

"Blown 427 Cobra replica" uh huh. Right. You have no idea of what kind of power that feels like in a light weigh car with a 90" wheelbase.

I have no problem with his original post, its the posts he makes afterwards claiming to be 23 with unlimited funds and that he can buy anything he wants, yet he drives a 3-4 year old G35... Then he goes on to claim to own a 911 and that he's going to buy some $80k cobra replica... My B.S. meter started to go off after all that....

I bet if we were to search a few other sites we will find the exact same thread started there also... This kid is just trying to get attention...

Hehe; interesting post. I've also test driven a bunch of cars, including some that I can't really afford, like a BMW 750. Why? Why not? Just for the hell of it, to see what's out there. To see what the fuss is all about with some of the cars.

My favorite car of everything I've tried is the Boxster. Not the S, mind you -- too much of a race car. Just the regular plain Boxster. From the sound, the steering, the driving position, the throttle response, the view of the front fenders from behind the wheel, the car is just perfect.
