Default Lemoning My car...

Whats going on everyone i just wanted to let everyone know my situation right now cause im very frustrated and very pissed off that nissan isnt helping me out with my issues.....

I bought my car April 2006.

- 2006 Nissan 350z DB.

In may when i reached 2k Miles i had some problems started occuring. My transmission was making nasty rattling noices when my foot is depressed on clutch, Grinding from 1st to 2nd gear, and also gear poping out of 2nd. This wasnt happening often but it was happening. I took it to the dealership that i purchased it at, and they test drove it and nothing occured, they said If we cant duplicate the problem we cannot do anything for you, blahblahblah, i let that go.

Went back to the dealership again due to this issue, they still said that nothing was wrong with it, and that if they cannot duplicate the problem they cannot do anything about it...

Yet i goto another dealership close to me, they said the same ****.

After those 3 attempts, i went to a Attorney that does lemons, I gave him sales contract, and all my records which i had 3 records of taking it to dealerships and what not stating that the transmission was doing these problems ^ there, and he said to take it once more.

Well anyways yesterday im driving and yet i hear another problem when im driving, When shifting from 1st to 2nd gear it doesnt happen though. As im shifting from 2nd to third i hear like really fast clunking like somethings loose on my tranny. while pressing the gas in third gear and lettting go this sound happens more..... 2nd to 3rd, 3rd to 4th, and 4th to 5th its happening.....

so tomorrow im taking my car to the dealership at 7100 miles, and see what they tell me.... after i get the service slip i will be taking that slip to the attorney..... how do you think this case will settle?

The lawyer told me that it does not matter if they have repaired it once or none, it qualifys for a lemon, what do yall think???

thanks for your time reading this and giving me some opinions.

So if I understand correctly, this problem has not been acknowledged by a shop at this time, be it Nissan or an independant ?

Well I think you'll need to do that before you can invoke the law. A vehicle is considered a lemon when a problem cannot be fixed even after numerous attempts. In your case, the problem doesn't officially exist. I doubt your lawyer can do anything about it. Get the problem replicated by a shop, then you can build your case.

Even new ones on the lot will clunk. I'll take it up to 2000 RPM in 1st, and before the revmatch I'll let the clutch out quickly and It'll clunk like its loose. I wonder if other MTs besides the Z do this...

it's a Z thing, my 95 did it, my 86 does it, not sure why but they all make noise, now the popping out of gear thing that is not normal...for the OP good luck with it but it could be a tough deal for you....
