The car just isn't for him people. No need to get aggressive with his not being blown away by the car. To each his own.

The only downer I see is that you take a huge depcreciation hit buying a new car and selling it within a year or two. That blows.

What are you lying about. A Stock Z could probably out perform over 90% of the cars on the roads you drive on. And that is a modest estimate.

That's a edit:really conservative estimate. The Z has its plus and minuses ... and I knew that going into buying it. What were you expecting for the price? ... let me guess, you're an "glass-half-empty-kinda-guy".

Z 2 B = Z B-gone. Please take your bad karma somewhere else.

I really didnt care for the handling untill i got off the cruddy factory tires myself. That made a huge difference in my opinion. I cant wait to start doing some more mods for a little more performance.

Here's the dirty little secret about sports cars... they are all fast until you get used to them.

I bet if you take it to the dealership, they'll be happy to take it off your hands. Unless you want to be cheap about selling it for a little more. If you're not cheap then stop buying a 30k sports car and complain that it's not "perfect".

If you find the Z to be boring then you're probably a boring driver and should look into getting a luxury sedan. I've only had my Z for about 2 months but it's fun as hell to drive in my opinion. Of course you can only get so enjoyment when you're just cruising the speed limit and obeying all traffic laws. But everyone once in a while I like to get a little wild with it and that's when I know I made the right purchase. The Z is loads of fun power-sliding it around corners and taking though the twisty canyon roads! Like I said, if you find it to be boring it's probably just because your normal driving routine doesn't envolve anything exciting and you're basically a boring driver. Nothing wrong with that...just get a car that suits boring drivers.

So I guess my point is, it depends on where your head is and what your expectations are. I will also say that I would probably not enjoy this car as much if it were an automatic. Manual just makes part of the car.
I think if you were thinking about mods, you would be more excited as well. I am................Cheers

can you send me a link to where your z is listed?

i hadn't planned on actually buying for about another year but it sounds like you have a pretty good deal there though

i doubt if i could manage to actually buy one any time too soon but if your luck selling continues at this rate that might not matter if it takes me a while....
