350z warranty

im looking at an 05 z and i was wondering if the warranty gets put under my name when i purchase the car and if any recalls or whatever happens i can take the car in to get serviced

You sure can. Make sure the '05 has less than 30k miles/?months for the full warranty. Otherwise, you have a 5yr/60k powertrain (engine/trans..)

Yes. The warranty is valid regardless of who owns the car.

you can call 1-800-NISSAN-1 with the VIN number and they will let you know any open recalls etc that need to be done on it... or your local dealer...
