Default 0-60 times?

Any idea what the difference would be in a 2003 350z manual and a 2003 350z auto. Anyone know what the times of those 2 would be if its even much of a difference?

I *think* the manual is listed at around 5.4, and the auto at around 5.6.

FYI, there is a Search button.

Depends on what magazine you look at, I've read 5.6 for the manual and 5.8 for the automatic, so I would guess that on average its around two tenths of a second (0.2)... but for a real comparison you would need to test them back to back on the same day... As weather and other things factor into testing..

That didn't seem to stop you from bumping a 2 year old thread for no good reason.

The main difference isn't in 0-60 times... it's actually in the taller gears where the closer ratio 6speed is superior. If you're planning on getting the manual anyway it shouldn't matter how much slower the auto is. Besides, 0-60mph magazine racing doesn't mean a lot in the real world.

On the street stock for stock, the winner to 60mph will depend on who launches better. Hardly any difference to that speed. In a street race its very close, as soon as the auto Z hits 4th gear it dogs out....

you can argue about this all day, but the people who record the official 0-60 times are generally either professionals or at the very least, vastly more experienced than 97% percent of the people on this board. so basically, unless you are really good at launching cars, then you are probobly going to be off the best tested 0-60 time for the z. just my $.02

Funny Ive never had a problem beating these so called "professionals" 1/4 times in many cars. Remember most are editors first and drivers second.

Wow, you ****!ng nerds act like you own this site and no one has a right to do anything you don't approve of. Why should it matter how old a thread is? If it did I'm sure the Administration of this site would close them out after a certain length of time.
