For those of you who've had door dings and gotten them removed:

Did you go to a regular auto body shop? or did you go
to some other type of repair shop?

Also, I'm assuming that dings are removed without drilling
and repainting?

Finally, I live in Texas, but I'm closest to Shreveport, La. Any recommened repair shop(s) in this area that anyone can refer me to?

 

Perhaps I should wait until tomorrow, when I get my first ding removed, before making a recommendation.

But Dent Wizard and Dent Pro specialize in this type of repair, and both are on the web.

 

Dent Pro came to the dealer and removed my first ding like magic. I suspect Dent Wizard can do the same (they happen to work with the Lexus dealership here).

Admittedly, the ding was not very large but it now is completely gone, as if it had never been there.
