I have 260 miles on my Z and i have a few things i want to get done to it. For starters a mrev2 and a plenum spacer then after that a ECU tuning and if i can find a place to get a agressive automatic transmission program that as well. And maybe some pulleys and exhaust later down the road.
How long should i wait before I start moding the car? how many miles should i have on it before the mods start happening?

Wait until at least 2000 miles imo. Break the engine in good before you start giving it more power than it was designed for.
If you want to stay N/A, get a Pop Charger. Cheap ($150-$200) air filter that has great sound and looks and claims 6.5rwhp gain. You'll see that most of the people on this forum have one.
There is no "ecu tune" that can make our automatics shift more aggressively. The only thing you can do if you want cleaner crisper harder shifts is to get a valve body upgrade. This will also allow your transmission to process more load without being ripped to shreads.
Again, if you're planning to stay N/A, the best mod for your buck you can do is a 3.5 final drive ratio. I am planning on getting one soon. You can get one for about $450 and have a tech swap them out, or you can do a pumpkin swap with a 6M/Ter who wants your 3.2fd (most of the time, that is free.) Use the search function to find out more about it. It will lower ur 1/4 time by 0.50 seconds.

I had my CAI and exhaust installed after barely 100 miles since Nismo warranty mirrors Z's factory terms if installed at the time of purchase. For ECU tuning, pulleys etc.though, I would recommend waiting 'til atleast the break-in, though some might argue that it isn't needed.
Above all, congrats and welcome!
