ok, at the local nissan dealer there is a silverstone touring 6mt spashgaurds, floormats, trunk mat, side airbag and head curtains, and aluminum kickplates running for 34,680 or something like that, i really want it and ive been rying to convinced my dad this is the one but he thinks we should still wait till at least june to see the 2004 specs or if the 2003 prices will drop .... do you think the price will drop? and if not do you think the 2004 will be better at all? i know many threads have already started on the matter but if i can get some response from you guys maybe ill be able to sell my dad on it .... thank you guys!

In Florida (sunny state) I doubt prices will drop.....though you might get a little break on an 03 when the 04s hit US shores.

I suspect there will be minor upgrades to 04 models or at least elimination of 03 problems.

If its your dad's $$$$ it seems to me its his call. (Though you may complain to God in your evening prayers that he did not match up with parents like many I see referrenced here who are surprising their offsprings with Zzzzzs. )

 

lol, very funny, actually just the opposite, im thankful he even considered it!!! but thanks for the input on the 03 vs 04, i heard alot of complaints but on the other hand alot of praise, im def. getting it, just not sure what year. .... yet.

 

Count on the '04 being slightly more expensive (MSRP). Normal course of action and economics. Doesn't necessarily mean that you will have to pay MSRP since they are now selling below that in some areas.
