Does ANYONE know when is the deadline for making changes to the pre-order? My Z is scheduled for the September production, and I would like to know whether it is still possible to make changes to the pre-order.

I'm thinking about changing the colour from Super Black to Chrome Silver, as Nissan's hesitation to provide more pics of the SB is starting to worry me ...

I contacted my dealer and Nissan Canada but THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY USELESS I have never owned a Nissan vehicle before, but I'm starting to have my reservations about dealing with Nissan.

Hey, mine is schedule in Sept production too~ i live in London , Ontario~ My dealer phoned me couply of days ago, he said i can still make changes didn't say til when. but i'll be able to give him the final decision in late july- early august... i am thinking of a 03 cobra or stick w/ the Z. 70% that i'll stick w/ the Z. now, which model, performance/track? if track (daytona blue), if performance...silverstone w/ burnt orange or white w/ frost???

 

actually i think if u got for silverstone, shouldn't go for the frost then, like me, i can't accept having to silver colour (interior and exterior) at the same time, the best match is orange seat with silverstone or daytona blue with frost leather

 

I think you should stick with the Z. I am not a big fan of blue cars, but I have to admit that the Daytona Blue looks awesome. If you like blue, that's the one to get.

As for me, my order as it currently stands is for a Super Black (or Ebony as they call it in Canada) + charcoal leather. However, we are yet to see a seocnd pic of the SB. The only official pic so far shows the front end of the car, and it's the back end that I'm interested in Also, the metal finish on the door handles ticks me off, it totally ruins the car's colour harmony. I'm contemplating changing my order to the safe chrome silver if it's not already too late. Whatchya think?

I order mine APril 21, 2002. Last night my dealr told me I still have alot of time and can make any change I want. the problem is that they have not idea (nor does Nissan Canada I called them today) when the car is coming. What a joke.

I seriously would like toget the Canadian buyers together and write one note to Nissan Canada.. what do you think?

black is nice, my current jag is black too. i thought of getting the black once, but personally i think black may loose some of it's own styling...u know what i mean? Chrome silver, it is sure safe~ but might be alot out there, very common. How about silverstone, thought about it? similar to chrome silver (abit darker) and it looks great when matching up w/ the burnt orange seats.

I am thinking of White combine w/ frost interior~
Which model are u getting? i duno if i should get the track or performance~

 

I'm all for writing Nissan Canada and telling them what a great job they are doing torturing us like this. Please let me know how I can be of any assistance.
