Just open your mouth and ask the man?! Geez!
Since you are banging my mom, how about a paved road Mr. Rich Guy?.

Better an AWD 911 turbo for the snow.

Just get one of those like prebuilt sheds and put it right where the gravel road becomes paved.

Then just buy a scooter/atv/bike/small motorcycle and drive it the mile to the shed.

If he can afford to buy 160 acres of land, he can afford to pave his driveway.

I haven't been to Oregon, but I have been to Washington and did some research on the climate before I went. Seems to me that it doesn't get much below 40* in the winter, and thus not that much snow, unless you are in the mountains. Between Oregon and CT, Oregon gets WAY less snow.

That sounds right, half of my dad's side of the family lives in oregon and they get so excited when they come to colorado and see snow.

if they get ONE snow storm a year that's more than usual.

a few years ago they got like 8 inches of snow and had no idea what to do....

Gold Beach is terrific place. No snow there. And a local eatery has best clam chowder on west coast.

It is a little isolated for a young guy though. What are you going to be doing?

build a heated garage at end of driveway ----
drive 4X4 from garage to house , park z in garage
when snows drive 4X4 past garage and wave to z

side note 4X4 can still be G35
