Default Clutch rattle

Hi.
My clutch is rattle when I depress and hold it especially when you park next to the wall or in your garage. You can only hear it when you are inside your car by depressing and holding the clutch (close all windows and doors, turn off the AC).It's only happend when your car is warm.

I knew that the rattle sound when you are in neutral is normal. But in my case, I have slightly rattle noise when I depress the clutch (the rattle from outside/under the car is stoped by that time, which is normal), But then I close my door and I hear rattle slightly from my clutch inside the car, I sometimes feel vibration slightly on my pedal. Seems like the rattle is just transferred to the pedal (but not as loud as when the clutch is not depress).
Is this normal, or my bearing/flywheel is going bad?

Just an update:
Dealer order new tranny for my 06 and it should be available 1-2 weeks.
I'm shocked that my 06 (with 5K miles) already need a new tranny.

If you have the same problem with your 06 or older model, bring it to your dealer, you might need a new tranny.
