If i am buying a used car it better not have over 20k on it. 44k is too much for me.

Actually thats not a lot of miles at all in terms of the newer technology out there today. Anything over 120,000 miles you would have to throw a check flag on. 40k is nothing.

Trading an 06 in for an 02? Doesn't seem like it should be a good idea, even if the M3 is slightly more 'polished'.

It depends what you want. I wouldn't want an SMG.

I definately could agree with that. However if a car is used for 20k or 40k which would u rather have

Almost 5 yrs. old, 44,000miles, not bad. People pay more than that for a 15year old NSX. Just put some $$$ wheels on it. Good choice.

Just wait for the new E90 M3.
And all of my friends who have SMG hate it.

I wouldn't... nothing like having a new car and knowing where it's been and what it's done... owning a new car is like ****ing a virgin... but owning a 5 year old used car is like ****ing that virgin's mother. Yeah.

If you wanted a BMW you would have bought one. Instead you bought a 350Z.
