Default Vehicle Recovery System

I would like to know if it is worth having it put in? Does it lower insurance rates? If so, buy how much?

I have Lojack and it lets me sleep better at night. I paid $1000 for it after i bought my z. The only downside to it is that u need to replace the battery often on the early warning remote.

Did your insurance rates go down because of having it installed?
