I can either buy a Kenwood Navigation/DVD player and four Focal speakers (front and rear) for about $3,000.00, or I can buy a brand new set of rims for about the same price.

Rims would have a large impact, but you have a nice set now. I am going the head unit route 1st then tires and rims follow by body kit.

The pop charger was my first engine buy, well worth it. Later on if you go with a full intake system, you wouldn't feel like your wasting so much money because the pop charger only cost around $100

The 06's already have pretty decent stock rims IMO. Get the Navi instead i have a Kenwood KVT along with the G510 gps and it rocks.

Yeah, get the pop charger for sure, just put mine in and the sound alone is totally worth it . If you don't already have a radar detector, get the Escort Passport 8500 X50 with the blue LED display.

A flux gate magnetometer would be my first mod. At least 50rwhp guaranteed.

I say go audio first. You almost always drive with the radio on. I love my Kenwood H/U. MP3's on DVD's and Sirius Satellite radio rock.
