alright maybe like some of you guys said, it might not be "window grease", more like a weatherstripping or what not but i do notice small streak like lines on the outside of the window, also i noticed a blackish smudge on the outside, might be dirt, but im gonna wash the lady this weekend and hopefully determine what the cause is. rear axle click is getting on my nerves, im taking her back this weekend to get that resolved.

Sorry to hear that you got some probs on your 06. I'm shopping for an 06 350z and got a question off topic. Was wondering how much out the door you got for your enthusiast?

$30,000 including ttl. im pretty sure you can get it for less now since the end of 06 is around the corner. i purchased mine in january of 06 and mine just got off the truck and was still wrapped in plastic. i think i had the only silverstone 6spd enthusiast on the lot i love my car

Dealer can fix the grease streak problem I believe. However, the LSD clicking can be fixed... for a short time. Most people who did the dealer TSB found it to return within 3 months. Its mostly an annoyance that just needs to be dealt with... by getting an aftermarket LSD. Lol.

My 06 had grease on the inside of the pass. window. Very light, I was going to have dealer fix but it is getting better on it's own & I don't want them working on my car.

do all 350Z's get the rear axel clicking problem or is it isolated to some vehicles only?

Was the axle not torqued/tightened enough or something at the plant by the robots? They need to invest in some better robots

I have 500 miles left until my bumper-to-bumper goes by-by and keep contemplating whether or not its worth the risk of opening my doors to fix. I've lived with it for 7 months already and dont think Im gunna do anything about it, but if I had an 06 that'd be a different story, would do it under the warranty but also didn't that happened to 06's.
