Lol when I was doing MEU training in VA in like jul we used some website I forget the name to circumvent the lame *** blockers. Helps to have techs for friends though
when did you notice it blocked? I usually check the site over lunch hour and it worked fine for me today throough NMCI. I can talk to the NCDOC guys I know and see why it is blocked. Maybe something malicious was going on within the class C portion of the IP address and they decided to block it.
Do you get a webpage from NMCI that says something or does it just time out?

It's not being blocked, there is a DNS server issue. Probably due to the blackhole updates we have to do periodically. It'll resolve itself don't worry.
I don't like NMCI either but it's actually better than the legacy networks. We were hemmoraging like ****'s before, and now it's more like steady blood loss lol.
