Has anyone tried using dry ice?

I read that you just heat up the dented spot with a hair dryer, then place some of it (wearing gloves!!) in the center of the dent and it just pops out. I don't know if it will mess up paint so I'm scared to try it

What is this plunger trick because I got a dent about the size of a dime on the door with no paint damage. Explain how its done please, I might want to try it myself.

i assume you get a pluger, put it over the dent, push in, you pull out slowly

you must be a UT fan

Actually no but with the color of the car you wouldn't believe how many times I am asked the fan question. Thanks for the help. My dent is at the crease in the door so not sure whether it will work but definitly going to try.

Dent specialists are usually about $80-$100.

I know for DAMN sure that if I dented a friends car, I would insist on fixing it for them, whether that ment I fixed it myself, or I paid to have it fixed. I expect they would do the same in return.

Partially, it is your fault for driving so close to the gas station pole. I know when I drive, I make sure I leave space for my passengers to open the door at any time. Most of the fault is your friend for doing it, but sometimes the driver has to take the responsibility because your the driver. Your dent can be repaired and fixed, but your friend has only one heart and it is hard to replace. Cars come and go, but your friend is what you remember most.

Make an appointment with a "paintless dent removal tech". removed a dent on my door within 10 minutes and left it brand new again. Best 70 buck id ever spent.
